My baby boy had a fever we couldn’t tackle effectively. So we decided to play it safe and go to the emergency room. It was a very long night. But he ended up having hand foot mouth. Which typically starts with a fever and sores/bumps on the obvious.

He recovered super fast, we think the steroid may have done something about it. But Mommy got it, and Daddy got it worse. I’m just glad he’s safe.
That was one scare, no doubt! Glad you’re baby boy is feeling well. By the way, Congratulations to you and the Mama for bringing a new person into the world!

Glad he is okay Adam. He looks too cute in the last photo.
My daughter has never had this. I remember when she was born, we always panicked and called the emergency drs – we just want to protect them don’t we.

I’m so glad he’s okay, Adam. He looks so peaceful. I always took my kids in to be checked when they had a high fever at that age. Best to be safe, for sure.

Glad he’s better now. It seems to be going around. I’ve heard of quite a few cases of hand foot mouth here in Indiana lately.

Glad it all turned out well. You’ll catch a lot of germs from him over the course of his growing up. Comes with the territory.
