The He-Man series mainly exists because toy maker Mattel passed on making toys for Star Wars and wanted a new franchise to sell toys off of when they made that huge mistake.

    I’m showing my age, but my kids,especially my son, were huge He-Man fans. We had all the action figures.

    My husband had all of the He Man toys when he was a kid. I had all of She-rah toys myself.
