Sypha Belnades is one of the major characters of the Castlevania Netflix series. Before the series begins, she’s a magician with powerful magic. I liked her a good bit.

She signs up to take on Dracula himself after meeting Trevor Belmont.

Just like the video game Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse, she’s the most talented member of the team when it comes to elemental magic. Having strong ice and fire magic to be precise.

But in their fight against Dracula, she always seemed to be the weakest of the three. And I’m kind of surprised she didn’t get seriously hurt during the battle.

She falls in love with Trevor Belmont and at the end of the series, she was pregnant with his son. She was heartbroken when he apparently died against the battle with Death.

But for reasons unknown, Trevor Belmont survived his battle against the Grim Reaper and showed up randomly a little while later. Which I’m thankful for, because her being a single mom would have been rather depressing.
