West Virginia Governor Jim Justice was a billionaire and the most wealthy person in West Virginia. Originally inheriting a coal mining company, he has a vast network of other companies. His wealth however recently has shrunk to 513 million dollars.

    I guess 513 million is not a lot considering he was a billionaire, it is all relative!
