Sebulba was a lame antagonist in The Phantom Menace. We have seen lamer villains in Star Wars, but we definitely have seen far better.

He’s basically the Jeff Gordon of pod racing in Star Wars. He’s often the winner and he gets a lot of respect on Tatooine because of it.

And almost all the aliens bet on him to win every single race. That’s because he cheats.

He had the opportunity to possibly kill Anakin Skywalker and save the future galaxy by accident. But unfortunately, it did not happen.

As he ironically wrecks his own pod racer and Anakin Skywalker wins by default.
