Yoshi wasn’t really in the first game but like Super Mario Sunshine he is rideable in Super Mario Galaxy 2.
I thought he was worse in Galaxy 2 than Sunshine but he was still a blast to be with.
Things I Like: Luigi (Super Mario Galaxy)
Unlike the original Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi had a notable role in Super Mario Galaxy. You spend a few missions trying to save him.
He’s also playable but you need to do everything in the game I think. I don’t have the skill or patience for that.
