Selfish traits stem from evolution, self interest does overall ensure a creature survives. But selflessness is a more “evolved” trait on the moral scale.

I saw karma unleashed harshly on my brother who had done me so wrong for almost a lifetime. A hand dealt by fate.

Most evil acts are caused by selfish desires, and we try to justify our actions but evil is evil. You can’t run or hide from karma. You don’t do any good when you harm someone, it will one day bounce back and when you least expect it.

Redemption of your wrongs is healing. Trying to surround yourself with pure positive energy is the prevention.
