Laddie Boy was the dog of President Warren G. Harding and enjoyed quite a bit of fame with his master’s time in office. Some say that he howled for three days before President Harding died, sensing his master’s doom. Florence Harding was in poor health herself, so she gave Laddie Boy to her favorite secret service agent named Harry Barker.
