Despite watermelon being obviously a fruit, it is the official state vegetable of Oklahoma. The state house voted to make it the state vegetable in 2007.

  1. LOL! I think watermelon is tastier than a lot of vegetables. Maybe in Oklahoma they don’t like any vegetable.
