A common saying is that cockroaches with exoskeletons could survive a nuclear Holocaust because radiation would not affect them. It has been tested that radiation does take longer to affect them, but large amounts of radiation are still fatal to the insects.
They are kinda amazing little things aren’t they! Large amounts fatal to every living thing I’d think!
