Pepsi ran a promotion that had people redeeming products for Pepsi Points. They even listed a fighter jet for an insane amount of points. One man raised over $700,000 to get enough these points for the fighter jet, for which Pepsi refused as they claimed it was a joke. The man sued, but the judge ruled in favor of Pepsi. Despite this lawsuit, Pepsi ran a similar promotion again with the fighter jet but raised the Pepsi Points to a much higher amount.
