While all clone troopers are technically the same in genetics (sort of), Commander Cody is the one I remember the most in Revenge of the Sith.

He was a close personal friend of General Obi-Wan Kenobi during the Clone Wars.

But due to his programmed genetics, he has no problem trying to kill Obi-Wan after Emperor Palpatine issues Order 66 to exterminate all the Jedi.

Good thing he wasn’t the greatest military commander because Obi-Wan was able to evade him.
