Things I Like: Winston ‘The Wolf’ Wolf (Pulp Fiction)

Harvey Keitel as Winston Wolf in Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction 1994 movie

Winston “The Wolf” Wolf is a bit of a strange character in Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction. And while Harvey Keitel is undeniably cool, his performance as Mr. White in Reservoir Dogs is far superior to this role.

He’s hired by Marcellus Wallace to handle the problem of Marvin’s dead body in the backseat after Jules and Vincent drive to Jimmy’s house. In case you’re unaware, Jimmy is played by Quentin Tarantino himself.

Winston Wolf isn’t a typical gangster—he’s more of a sharp, no-nonsense guy who simply tells people what to do. His tasks are pretty straightforward and obvious, so I never really understood why they needed him in the first place.

But disrespecting him? Definitely not a good idea, lol. He might not kill you for it, but the mental shaming he dishes out might be even worse.
