Bobby Maxwell is the main antagonist in the third Dirty Harry movie, The Enforcer. He wasn’t the series’ best villain, but I think he was a fairly decent one. I know Clint Eastwood drew up this bad guy for political-shaming reasons.

He’s the leader of a far-left criminal group that promises change for the people, but in reality, killing and crime seem to be the only things he actually delivers.

Maxwell and his crew eventually start camping out on Alcatraz Island, which seems like a really stupid idea to me. It’s isolated, you need a boat to get there, there’s no grocery store, limited power, and terrible living conditions—he clearly didn’t think this through.

Despite that, he goes on a pretty successful murder spree up until his final moments…

When Dirty Harry blows him up on his platform. Lol.
