Farmer Fran is a ridiculous character in The Waterboy but he’s somewhat funny. A very redneck Cajun from Louisiana, almost nobody knows what he’s saying. And if he’s not babbling mutated Louisiana-French gibberish, he’s usually doing some weird stuff, LOL.

Derek Wallace was an all-right minor character on The Waterboy. But he didn’t have much of a personality or storyline. He was basically one of the few people that actually treated Bobby with respect at the college campus. And he’s one of his teammates as well.
