Fez is definitely one of the most memorable characters in television history. This foreign-exchange student is quite the character.
He’s just so goofy and weird. Yet he’s very charming and you can’t help but love him.
He would often be out of luck when it came to the ladies. But he had his moments of success.
In the series finale, he ends up with Jackie, which I didn’t quite understand.
Yeah he was fun!
I only watched a few episodes of that show but I like that actor on NCIS.
