I always liked Hal a lot on Malcolm in the Middle. Not many people gave him the proper credit until Bryan Cranston played Walter White on Breaking Bad.
He was definitely in a comedic role.
He was a loving husband and father to his family.
But so so hilariously goofy.
Yeah he was very good!
