This incarnation of the Ursula, the sea witch from The Little Mermaid was a waste of space during her half-season.

She didn’t really have any previous history with Ariel, which was odd. But she joins other villians to reverse their fortunes with fate.

But she does have a happy end when her father returns and all that family drama in her soul resolves.
