I always thought his design was horrendously ugly and his personality not much better.
He points his rifle at Travis Touchdown during their battle and counts down his doom. I knew this guy wouldn’t be the real boss. I was expecting him to be killed by Henry Cooldown but…
But instead he’s killed by Notorious, some guy trying to be a super hero. Makes sense this guy was a complete joke, as he was never intended to be a legitimate boss.
