Shinobu was one of the best characters of the second game, but her potential was wasted here. At first she was living at the motel with Travis Touchdown and Bad Girl.
Then she fights the alien warlord Fu and she loses her arms.
Shinobu spends the vast majority of the rest of the game in a hospital bed.
She does appear near the end, apparently recovered from her injuries. When her arms came off the first time, I almost expected her to be killed.
