During the 1980’s, a television station in Texas pulled He-Man off the air because of cooling ratings. The kids in the local area were furious and not only did they put it back on the air, they had an event with a He-Man actor for the kiddos. 8,000 kids showed up and the event had to be shut down for safety concerns.
