Sweet Tooth is inaugurably the most famous on the Twisted Metal roster. His first incarnation is actually the most different in the whole series. Though, he is one of the best on the roster.

His vehicle is a little funky but I’ve never really had much of a problem playing as him.

His official ending and his lost ending for winning the tournament are about the same.

He requests from Calypso for nothing more than a simple paper bag.

In the lost ending, his request makes a little more sense as he uses it as a distraction to unleash havoc on Calypso and his gang.
