I don’t have a problem with this. Some of these people are on death row for 20-30 years after being convicted.

I’m with Ratmom on this one. Nobody should be on death row for 20-30 years. Either do away with the death penalty altogether, or speed up the process. The victims sure didn’t get to have extra time.
