(Not So) Fun Fact: Bodo League Massacre

Fun facts about the Korean War

The Bodo League massacre was a large amount of executions committed by South Korea during the Korean War on the orders of their president. Over 100,000 people were killed for being suspected communists or sympathizers. It’s very likely that the majority of these people had actually no connections to communists. The South Korean government tried to cover up this massacre for over four decades and actually blamed it on North Korea.
