While a different person from Captain Spears of the first game, they technically drive a car of the same name. But to be honest, I don’t remember him very well.

I know I did play with him because I played every single character in the game back as a kid, but I don’t blame myself for not remembering his car too much.

He shares the same last name as Sweet Tooth which makes you think they’re related, like brothers or something. He even asks Calypso to cure him of his insanity which is also another trait for the killer clown.

His wish gets corrupted and he ends up at the hospital with all the other contestants. Turns out that Twisted Metal made it canon that Marcus Kane is actually Sweet Tooth in a more regular form. Marcus Kane is basically what Sweet Tooth appears to the public, Needles Kane is what he is on the inside of his head.
