Krista Sparks and her Grasshopper car were a decent addition to the series but far from my favorite in Twisted Metal 2 on PlayStation.

I don’t remember it very well but I do remember having fun driving the grasshopper car.

If she wins the tournament, it turns out that she’s actually the daughter of Calypso. Who apparently died in his car crash with him, before he escaped from hell.

But her body was turned into a cyborg by the Los Angeles Police Department.

As she was made to take out Calypso with a explosive device implanted within her body. One of the rare endings that actually (presumably) kills Calypso.
