I gave my wife her Mother’s Day present early this year. I knew I had to do something big because this is the first Mother’s Day since the birth of my son Alexander. Alexander was born in June and one of the alternate birthstones for June is alexandrite. She’s been having a lot of trouble wearing her wedding ring because of the rhodium allergy from the white gold. So this will also serve as an alternate ring she can wear. Alexandrite is such pretty stone and I’m surprised I’ve never really paid it much mind until now.
