My son Alexander turned one not long ago and we finally got around to taking him to Build-A-Bear to get his very first teddy bear from there. Technically the bear was only a dollar because they have a special where they pay their age for basic teddy bears on their birthdays. But they suckered me into getting a voice message that we custom made for him. And my wife convinced me into getting the shirt, so it cost me about 20 bucks regardless.
I’d say twenty bucks well-spent on that happy boy.
A lot cheaper than what my daughter always suckered me in to. But she still has her first Build a Bear, so I guess money well spent.
