Halloween is my second favorite holiday next to Christmas. And it was an important one because Alexander would kind of get the idea this year. We ended up hosting Halloween night with pizza and desserts.

We did trunk or treating on the weekend but it was so hot for some strange reason, so we ditched his actual costume. So on Saturday he wore a Spider-Man shirt.

And on Sunday, he did a Halloween shirt. He didn’t quite understand the whole walking around with the bucket thing but he does much better with a stroller.

We did The Addams Family at Boo in the Zoo but we had so much to do for our Halloween party I decided to let him wear his red panda costume that he wore to daycare as his actual costume.

He didn’t do too well walking on the trunk or treat so we kept him in the stroller on Halloween night. And yes, that’s my brother Zach as a Spider-Man dinosaur.

The kids had so much fun playing with him. Though for the first 10 minutes, Alexander was terrified.

Our Halloween party and trick or treating went off so well. Alexander got basically a mountain of candy too. I had to empty his bucket and put it in the stroller pocket several times. He can’t eat much of it but daddy likes his candy too, LOL. It was such a awesome Halloween, and it makes me very impatient for next year.
Everyone looked great! I’m glad to hear your holiday was a success!
