Cecil Anderson was a decent minor character in the Adam Sandler film Mr Deeds.

He technically worked with the evil Chuck Cedar, kind of serving as his right hand man for the more respectable business parts of Blake Media.

But he seemed to be a good person and he had some low key fairly funny moments.
