When I took Alexander to the mall after his measles vaccination, we quickly ran into a vending machine I had never seen before, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. My son loves Hot Wheels, so he immediately wanted to check it out. I’ll admit, it was a pretty cool looking machine.

The prices, though, were outrageous, which I fully expected to be honest. In a regular store, they usually go for about $1.50, maybe two bucks. This machine was charging six dollars for a single Hot Wheel. Luckily, he got distracted by the playground he could see not far away and didn’t demand that I buy him one.
Adam my daughter loves those Hot Wheels Cars and the prices over here are between £3 to £6 which works out what about $4 to $8! So we are used to these prices haha! 2 Dollars is very cheap. Everything in Scotland is so expensive these days, I’ll spare you the shock of the price of fuel :-O You are right it is a pretty nifty machine though 😀
Thank the goddess for that playground!
Ooh, that’s expensive! My husband still buys the occasional Hot Wheels, but certainly not at $6!
