While a minor character, I did like her a bit. She starts out in the typical Wizard of Oz fashion. She was a girl in Kansas who got taken away by a tornado.

And she soon meets Glinda and Zelena.

But when Zelena realizes she was the good witch of legend that would stop her, she comes up with a plan to make Dorothy think she won and she leaves the realm not knowing that’s exactly what the Wicked Witch wanted.

She comes back as a surprise during the Hades arc. She becomes a pretty gruff “freedom fighter” in the land of Oz. She ends up falling under a sleeping curse.

And she is awaken by Ruby’s kiss of true love, which was the LGBT romance ABC hinted they were doing. Nobody saw it coming and it didn’t make much sense, but it was sweet.
