Last time I didn’t get to play this one at the Carolina Arcade Museum due to time and fatigue. I had played it in the past, which was years and years ago so it wasn’t a huge deal.

I do find it funny that they used a model to be April O’Neil on the cover. Could only wonder what this lady looks like now. Probably a lot more wrinkles than you’d think.

Anyway, this started a long run of really cool 2D beat-em ups by Konami.

You could play up to four players (all the turtles, duh) and there was plenty of fan service.

It’s aged a little, but it’s still a great game.
