Tetris was invented by a Russian man in the Soviet Union. Before the fall of communism, efforts were made to get the game published globally. Various American companies didn’t want to touch it, with the CEO of one company declaring that no product from the Soviet Union would ever be successful in the West. If they had been smart, they could of walked away with countless millions of dollars.
