Gary was a minor character on the sitcom Friends by being one of the boyfriends of Phoebe Buffay.

He was a cop and he was the person that took the guys on that police tour that ended up making the guys think that somebody was shooting at them and it all turns into a hilarious situation of Joey protecting his sandwich and people getting very confused.

I can’t exactly remember why they broke up, but I think it was because he wanted to go more forward but Phoebe backed out and found a reason to dump him.
