Mike Hannigan was a decent addition to the end of the series. The writers had not done a good job of steering Phoebe Buffay into marriage and he was the last minute resort.

Despite it all being pure luck because Joey found him randomly when he was supposed to hook Phoebe up with a date. They are a good match for each other.

But they go through their own troubles and a breakup during their time together. He was scared that she was never in a long-term relationship and him being from a rich family definitely rubbed her the wrong way.

But they eventually get married and it’s a pretty harmonious marriage. But we never get to know if they had kids or moved away from the city or not.
