Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle has a difference between the Japanese and the American version. If a character loses a Janken match (Rock Paper Scissors) they lose their clothing in the Japanese version embarrassingly. And in the American version, they have a weight dropped on them in a cartoony fashion.
