Bob is an interesting character on Hot in Cleveland because he went from one of my most hated characters to being one of my most beloved characters on the show.

He starts out as the very weird and strange operator of a private investigation firm. He makes a lot of attempts at trying to get Joy to date him which come out VERY CREEPY at first.

But deep down, he is a very good guy and when Joy sees him solve a problem for her grandson, he pretty much won the lottery of her heart.

So they actually end up together and adopt a baby girl named Betty. Can’t really swing it much better than that.
