Things I Like: Roy (Fire Emblem: Engage)

Roy was a pretty obvious choice to come to the cast of Fire Emblem: Engage as him and Marth made a big splash to ALL gamers when Super Smash Brothers Melee was released back in 2001. Funny enough, his own game didn’t come out until after Melee.

By being an American, I actually never got to play his actual game so all the references in Fire Emblem: Engage are new to me. Just know he’s redheaded, has a sword, and can do fire magic.

He isn’t the greatest Emblem Ring character though, as he has just a few benefits to enhancing a character.

But definitely because of Super Smash Bros. Melee, he always has a place in my heart. Even if this appearance could have been a lot better.
