Nathan may have been a forgettable character for many people watching the show but after you know who he actually is in reality, the memory of this character will stick in your head. Take a good look… if he hasn’t looked familiar by now you may be shocked to know that this is Steve Burns. Who is most famous for being the original host of Blue’s Clues on Nickelodeon.

His character Nathan is a rather shifty looking dude. We first see him as Sheldon wants to see a Star Trek VHS tape from him and he’s immediately injected from the house after the adults realize what’s going on.

He sporadically shows up when you don’t really expect him to as his cameos are fairly rare. I think his most memorable to me was the Star Trek bus trip.

But near the end of the series he has a final appearance, and the narrating Sheldon Cooper says this will be the last time we see him again. But did you know that Steve Burns is technically in every episode of Young Sheldon? He actually sings the theme song.
