Laurie Neustadt is one of the most unlikeable characters on NBC’s Superstore. She was clearly written that way, and I hope her actress, Jennifer Irwin, isn’t actually a biatch in real life.

She’s the first person to take over as district manager after Jeff resigns from the company. She’s mostly no-nonsense and definitely wants to make a name for herself with her higher-ups.

I think most viewers, like myself, really started to hate her when she began treating Amy like garbage—especially when Amy was trying to become the store manager and needed Laurie’s approval.

Amy even follows her to a golf course to fake an “accidental” run-in, hoping to smooth things over.

Instead, she accidentally runs her over with a golf cart. But thanks to finding out about Laurie’s addiction to a certain white powder, Amy gets promoted to store manager. And while Laurie still hates her, she’s eventually let go from the company after indulging in those bad habits at a Cloud 9 corporate retreat.
