Until Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Nintendo Switch, this is the only battle mode in Mario Kart that I ever thought was worth anything.
It was a very simple game, you only had one other opponent. And the maps were pretty simple.
My brother Zach and I spent countless hours facing each other back in the day in battle mode.
As you know I don’t play games but they always look fun.
