Lepa Radic was a Yugoslav communist who was executed by the Germans during World War II for firing at their soldiers. The Germans offered her a chance to live, if she snitched on her comrades and leaders. During her last moments (at the age of 17 no less), she vowed they’d let themselves be known, when they came to avenge her.
