I always liked Lance a lot. His role in the Silver/Gold games and the anime are more memorable than this remake and the Red/Blue games however.

He’s the last of the Elite Four, which means he’s the toughest challenge.

And pretty much his team are all dragon types, though some like Charizard kinda don’t count. So you never have just one standalone type to fight.

Though most of the them can be defeated easily with electric pokemon.

And turns out he’s no longer than the Champion because your dumb rival beat him like an hour before you got there. Bummer!
