I’ve never been the biggest fan of Wolf, even though I liked him in the StarFox series of games. Wolf O’Donnell might lead a great team with Star Wolf, but I’ve just never been a big fan, especially as we didn’t need another echo of Fox McCloud.

Granted he’s more different to Fox than Falco is. His laser pistol is without a doubt, the better of the trio. He’s also got more the powerful strikes than the other two in his attacks.

But he’s much slower, and far less agile. His moves are the same but they’re different than Fox or Falco. Mostly for the worse.

His Final Smash is pretty much the same as Fox’s, except his calls for Star Wolf and the Wolfen ships to blast a poor player into oblivion.

Kirby lucks out with Wolf and gets his nice laser pistol.

But online I did really poorly with Wolf. I didn’t find him very fun to play as he was too slow and clunky for his increased power to do much good. I know he’s a favorite for many out there, but not me.
