This Melee stage is back though it’s never left the series since the Gamecube era. It’s based on a stage in Super Mario World set on Yoshi’s Island, but not based on Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island obviously. While far from my favorite stage, I’ve liked it.

The biggest thing to be careful of here is the spinning blocks. If they’re hit, then the “solid” platform is mute and you won’t have much to stand on.

I always liked this hill, got some easy KOs this way.
