This game was marketed as Twisted Metal meets Warner Bros. 

Which is a fair take I suppose. The graphics were stylish, but I just found the game-play nothing but shallow, and beyond boring. There’s no wonder why this sinked to the bottom of the forgettable list of Xbox/GC/PS2 games.
