Gohma is the very first boss of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and personally my first Zelda boss ever. As she is the boss of the Great Deku Tree dungeon.

She’s kind of like a giant spider monster thing.

Even without a strategy guide, it’s kind of obvious that you need to shoot her down with the slingshot when you see her big glowing eye open.

Then get your whack Gohma with your sword when she falls to the ground.

Defeating her when I was a kid was pretty darn epic.

Except when I kill a spider in real life, nobody gives me a shiny emerald when I’m done… sad.
