Rando was one of the greatest villains of the first saga of the series.

He poses as a monk named Shorin during the Genkai tournament. Due to process of elimination, Yusuke knew it was Rando.

Surprisingly, Kuwabara fought pretty well against him.

So much so, that Rando had to use an unfair spell to beat him.

Yusuke did pretty well against his Shorin form.

But Yusuke was often over matched when Rando had to be in his true form.

Being able to steal over 99 techniques, he had a lot at his disposal.

I honestly don’t know Yusuke survived this one.

He gets lucky when he gets swamp algae in his ears. which prevented him from hearing the shrinking spell. So Rando was turned small instead.

And easily defeated.

I was surprised that Rando survived, but was taken into custody.
