We see her pretty early on after Luigi gets off the elevator to her floor. And she sends you on a very long and painful quest to the same location you were originally at.

She leaves her tomb for the big desert outside.

She becomes a big head made of sand.

You basically have to vacuum up the sand without getting attacked, which is easier said than done.

And you have to attack her real ghost form a few times to put her down.

I was relieved when I finally defeated her. The whole boss battle felt like a long and painful chore.
